If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, your item may be returned, within 7 days of delivery, for store credit. Please take a moment to review our policy. Returns that don’t meet the requirements described below will be returned to you, at your expense, so please choose carefully and contact us with any questions before you buy.

Step 1: Verify Your Return
- If you wish to return your item(s), email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 720-943-4252. You must contact us within 2 days of delivery if the item(s) arrived damaged or defective. If an item is not damaged or defective, but you are returning it for another reason, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- When you contact us, please be prepared to supply the order number, purchase date, item description, your contact information, and photographs of any defective merchandise.
- Item(s) must be sent back to us within 7 days from the date the items were first delivered by Chews Happiness’s shipping service.
- Item(s) must be in original, sellable condition and have all original tags and product packaging.
- Item(s) must be clean and contain no pet hair.
- Item(s) must be returned with a copy of your purchase receipt or packing slip.
Step 2: Mail the Item(s) Back to Us
- Package the item(s) securely.
- Include your purchase receipt or packing slip, your contact information, and your reason for returning the item(s).
- Get a shipment tracking number from your carrier and save the tracking number in your records.

Step 3: Processing Your Return
- Once we receive and inspect your return item(s), we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return.
- If your return is approved, then we will issue you credit for the purchase price, minus shipping and handling. You may use the credit to purchase other items sold by Chews Happiness.
- We are unable to offer monetary refunds.
Customer is responsible for all shipping & handling costs, which includes shipping any item back to us and the shipping of a reorder.
